To apply for this insurance program you must be a member of IDC in good standing. If you are applying to this program for the first time please scroll down to the “New Member Applying for Insurance” section and follow the instructions. Renewing members can use the below instructions to secure coverage.

PROLINK and IDC Have Simplified Your Member Insurance Renewal Application!

The following online application will ask you a few basic underwriting questions and then have you select the coverage that is best for your business. Please note that there are four payment options (listed below) and that credit card will only be accepted if your premium is less than $2,000.

  1. Payment in full by cheque
  2. Quarterly payments by cheque (Nov. 1, Feb 1, May 1, Aug 1)
  3. Monthly payment by cheque (Nov. 1, Dec. 1, Jan. 1, Feb. 1, Mar. 1, Apr. 1, May 1, June 1, July 1, Aug. 1)
  4. Payment in full by credit card (permitted only if your total premium is less than $2,000)

Before starting your online application please have the following accessible:

  1. An access password which was emailed to you by PROLINK (email KathyP@prolink.i nsure if you have not received this)
  2. A new password in mind to create your own personal account (minimum 8 alpha-numeric characters and case sensitive)
  3. Your gross revenue from last year including product sales
  4. Your credit card (if you plan on paying in full using credit and your premium is less than $2,000.00)
